Dr. Liz Bapasola is the Founder and CEO of Liz Bapasola & Associates, LLC, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and the former Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs at The College of New Jersey, having received intensive training from world-class trainers, passing a rigorous Strengths Coaching exam and receiving near-perfect scores on all her training coaching sessions. Leadership Development Higher Education Educator
In addition to serving as a the Founder and CEO of Liz Bapasola & Associates, LLC, Liz Bapasola served as the first Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs at The College of New Jersey from 2015-2019. Her areas of responsibility included overseeing the Career Center, Student Involvement, Student Transitions, Diversity and Inclusion, Student Government, Student Activism, and Leadership. Prior to joining The College of New Jersey, Liz Bapasola served as the first Assistant Dean for Civic Engagement at Widener University. In that role, she launched and oversaw the Office of Civic Engagement and parent and family programs. From 2008-2011, Liz Bapasola served as the first Program Director for Leadership Development at Temple University, launching and overseeing the Office of Leadership Development.
College-LEVEL TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Liz Bapasola also has college-level adjunct faculty experience, developing and teaching courses in leadership. She served as an adjunct instructor at The College of New Jersey in 2016, and adjunct faculty member at Temple University from 2010-2012 and an instructor at Miami University from 2006-2008.

Liz Bapasola loves to travel around the world to experience new cultures and cuisine, plays level 3.5 tennis, is an avid Latin dancer (salsa is her favorite form), and loves to read personal development and leadership development books. She also loves watching/reflecting on Ted Talks and a variety of podcasts, keeping a daily gratitude journal, and volunteering with her sorority, Chi Omega, Central New Jersey Dress for Success, MOMS Club of Yardley, PA, and at Christ Church in Philadelphia, PA.
