Super busy and have no time? Here's how I help
If there’s one thing you wish you had more of, it’s probably time. Time is our greatest resource, and once it’s spent, it can never been earned back. Time is also the great equalizer. We all have the same 24 hours in a day.
When I’m meeting a prospective client who is interested in coaching, we connect over Zoom for a 30-minute Free Discovery Call to talk about their challenges and interest in coaching and set coaching goals together. A common theme with these individuals is that they feel overwhelmed and stressed with the demands of their life, and often find it difficult to make the time for family and their personal goals.
In addition to having a demanding life, another thing my clients struggle with is saying “no” to commitments and requests made by others.
Many books and articles provide tips regarding how to best manage your time. One of the things that I do when working with clients one-on-one is to provide support on how to manage their time and energy so they are giving their best to their work, the people they love, and themselves.
As I take clients through my 5-step Proven Process, clients report that they have a better understanding of how they naturally think, behave, and feel, and have gained a clear vision for their bigger future. In addition, they report they have identified their top values and 90-day goals, and understand how to use their habits and their calendar to make time to achieve their personal and professional 90-day goals.
One client who works two demanding jobs, including one in real estate, and is a father of two small children, said:
“On my first call with Liz, I was totally overwhelmed with my life. I had a decision about my career that I needed to face, I had too many goals and none of them were being achieved, quality time with my family was never quite quality, my mental and physical health were pretty poor. With Liz’s guidance we just started knocking one thing out at a time. Through the CliftonStrengths assessment, we now have a map for how I think and what can be done to navigate everyday life and achieve my goals.” — Sean Elstone, REALTOR®, Keller Williams
