Hello and welcome!

I’m Liz Bapasola. I’m a mom, commercial real estate investor, and Gallup Certified Strengths and Mindset Coach. I help busy professionals set goals and identify daily success habits based on their core strengths to help them achieve success at work and home.

If you struggle to create success at work without sacrificing time with family or your emotional and physical well-being, you’re in the right place! Success does not mean compromising the people and things that are important to you to have the life you want.

Instead, it’s about developing a more resilient and powerful mindset as well as identifying and leveraging your strengths and implementing daily success habits to reach your goals. Each of these habits creates incremental change that compounds over time to get you unstuck and create the success and happiness you’re striving for in your personal and professional lives.

I know what it’s like to feel stressed because you’re pulled in too many directions. Years ago, I was a high-achieving executive overseeing five offices and taking classes at night to earn my doctorate in leadership. Then in 2016, my dream came true when I got pregnant with my daughter.

However, returning to work as a new mom was incredibly difficult due to health complications resulting from my pregnancy. Between a lengthy commute, coordinating childcare, and studying, I was exhausted and overwhelmed with everything I was juggling. I felt stuck because I couldn’t find time to prioritize my health or spend time with the people I loved while also creating the success that I wanted.

I knew something had to change.

So I signed up to work with a life coach who gave me the skills and tools to help me understand that all of the obstacles we face are the raw material for our future success. This understanding helped me take control of my life, eventually lose 40 pounds, and balance the demands of motherhood and my career.

After seeing the power of coaching in my own life, I wanted to help others experience this same level of transformation. So after defending my dissertation, I decided to obtain a coaching certification.

Now I specialize in helping my clients by leveraging their strengths to create habits and set goals that enable them to create success at work while still prioritizing the important people and things in their lives–including themselves!
