  1. I type up my coaching notes after every coaching session with you and send them to you so you have a great record of the conversation and can refer back to at a later date.

  2. Meetings via Zoom or over the phone - whatever your preference.

  3. Flexibility with your schedule. I’ve even held coaching calls on Sunday mornings for busy entrepreneurs!

  4. “Homework” after every session to make positive changes and implement the strategies and improvements discussed in the coaching session.

5. I complete at least 30 minutes of prep work before each coaching call with you so you receive a high-quality coaching experience with a prepared coach.

6. I am available by email in between coaching calls to give you the support you need whenever you need it.

8. Each coaching package includes a Full 34 Report CliftonStrengths/StrengthsFinder assessment (a $60 value) and we go over you full 34 Report in detail on the first coaching call.
