Rebecca Baer obtained her Bachelor’s of Science degree in dietetics from Georgia State University in 2006, and fulfilled her dietetic internship at Hunter College CUNY.
Rebecca is the owner and founder of Baer Necessities, specializing in healthy recipes and meal ideas and cooking demonstrations.
Rebecca has an extensive background in clinical nutrition, food service systems management, and community and public health nutrition. Her exposure to diverse patient populations allowed Rebecca to gain knowledge and practice applicable to multiple facets in the nutrition field. She has counseled clients with a variety of nutrition goals including diabetes prevention, gastrointestinal disorders and cardiovascular disease.
Her passion for nutrition expands beyond her counseling work. Rebecca enjoys creating custom menus and recipes for her clients as well as giving cooking lessons..
Dr. Todd Brown, Senior Associate for Purpose-Driven Coaching
Todd Brown earned his doctorate in Education Leadership and Management from Drexel University. Todd has spent more than two decades in the special education field, first as a classroom teacher and now as a program supervisor. Todd has many professional passions, including models of leadership that focus on equity, collaboration, discernment, and social justice.
When working with current and aspiring leaders, Todd seeks to connect individuals with the “why” of their goals and to promote the unique gifts that each individual brings to the table. In a world that often feels frantic and disconnected, Todd strives to support leaders in generating a holistic approach to life and career. Todd speaks Spanish and French fluently and is thrilled to have the opportunity to collaborate with you!
Dr. Jonathan Kroll, Senior Associate for Team Leadership Development Facilitation
Jonathan is a leadership educator and entrepreneur - with a specialization in team development and dynamics . Jonathan has co-founded two leadership and team-building businesses and, during the last decade, has facilitated over 250 leadership workshops, retreats, trainings, and conference presentations. Most recently, he founded and presently serves as the Executive Director of the Leadership Institute for Development, Education, and Research - a 501(c)(3) nonprofit leadership institute that serves as the organizational sponsor of the Leadership Trainer Certification Program (www.LeadershipTrainer.org). Jonathan earned a PhD in Leadership from Fielding Graduate University. He consults, teaches, trains, and writes about leadership and teams.
Carol J. Feldman, LCSW, CAS, Senior Associates for Making a Difference in People’s Lives Coaching
Carol Feldman is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in addictions such as drugs, alcohol, gambling, pornography, overeating and overspending. She focuses on the devastating effects these behaviors can have on all relationships, whether business or personal. Ms Feldman is direct and to the point: If you are ready to change your life there is work to be done. If you take the suggestions offered, your life will get better; if you don’t, it will stay the same or get worse.
Ms Feldman has many years of experience in the field of addiction/mental health. She feels that her best education has come from the work she has done in hospice and in corrections. She conducts workshops titled Perfect Women, The Hats Women Wear, Women and Their Money, and Are You Living with an Angry Man? She can construct other workshops based on the needs of her audience.

Eric Griffin co-founded Mobile Outfitters, a 4x Inc. 5000 company, which is a U.S. manufacturer, innovator, and consumer brand of mobile accessories, with over 500+ retail locations spanning 43 countries. Mobile Outfitters' is best known for it’s award-winning RapidCut system, an all-in-one solution for on-demand manufacturing of mobile screen protection and 360° full body skins directly in retail stores, completely eliminating the need for inventory.
Eric is passionate about business strategy, vision, startups, sales development, product design, and marketing. Finding an opportunity, bringing it to life from napkin sketch to reality, and creating a game plan that turns opportunity in to a brand that employees and customers are enthusiastic about is his favorite thing to do. Talking with people who are interested in (or are already) building sustainable, responsible, growing companies is a close second.
Eric is also a board member of the Philadelphia chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization, a non-profit network exclusively for entrepreneurs, co-founder of GSW Apartments, a real estate development and property management company, and co-founder of PAW5, a consumer brand of puzzle feeders and enrichment products for dogs. In his spare time he enjoys helping Philly not-for-profit’s, running, biking, gardening, woodworking, cooking, and coffee.
Dr. Carl S. Moore, Senior Associate for Strengths Coaching
Dr. Carl S. Moore is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, a MBTI Certified Facilitator, and a diversity and inclusion in the workplace expert. Carl earned his Doctorate in Urban Education from Temple University and a Masters of Arts from The Ohio State University in Higher Education Administration. Carl has been working in higher education for 17 years, and teaching/coaching/delivering workshops for 14 of those years. Along his path he has maintained appointments across the faculty classification gamete serving in Instructional, Adjunct, and Tenure-Track faculty roles. He has also created and instructed a variety of courses in education at The Ohio State University, Temple University, Cabrini College, and Arcadia University in both face-to-face and online formats. Currently, Carl serves as the Assistant Chief Academic Officer at the University of the District of Columbia and also serve as Certificate Faculty in Temple University’s Teaching in Higher Education Certificate program.
