HOW IT WORKS:
Identify Your Strengths
You’ll take the CliftonStrengths assessment to identify your natural strengths. I’ll provide you with a 10-page report that will outline how you naturally think, behave, and feel, and we will discuss the degree to which you’re using your strengths already. This information is the key to creating sustainable change.
2. Set Your Vision
Then, we’ll take the data from the strengths assessment to create your one and five-year visions. We’ll also outline your goals for the next 90 days. Our coaching calls will be focused on deep diving into specific themes from the assessment to identify and minimize any blind spots as you work towards meeting your goals.
3. Assess Your Progress
We will also spend time identifying daily success habits to develop and improve your mindset, create a lifestyle you love, and help you reach your 90-day goals. Then every quarter, we’ll set new goals and identify additional success habits you want to develop to help you create even more success in your life.

60-minute coaching calls
